Long Lake Park is the door to a paradise of camping & outdoor experience… Long Lake, which is only one of at least 87 Long Lakes
in Minnesota, is located in Clearwater County only 5 miles west of Itasca State Park on Highway 200 making it the closest campground
to Itasca State Park which is located on a lake. In addition to available camping, other outdoor adventure opportunities can be found

assist you in the camp store or share fishing tidbits with you over morning coffee. Long Lake Park has much to offer, whether you visit
for a day, an evening or a week — 2 playgrounds, 2 volleyball courts, game room, sandy swimming beach, fishing pier, hiking trail
are just a few of the things you’ll find. There is a 10 mph boat speed limit on the lake, which keeps it quiet and safe for fishermen
and makes a perfect place to watch a beautiful evening sunset while rowing among the calling loons.
For those who want to enjoy a nature hike, there is a mile of walking trails winding through the woods of the 53-acre park. Visit “The Survivor” tree along
the trail where you can rest on its trunk for that perfect “Kodak moment” picture.
